Handprint Branding provides premium branded merchandise and custom solutions, including screen printing, embroidery, FlexPrint, custom hats, custom bags, corporate gifts, promotional products, apparel printing, artwork setup, logo setup, mockups, fulfillment, and related branding services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, billing and shipping details, garment sizes, product selections, artwork, logos, deadlines, and approval decisions.
Production timelines are estimates and may depend on product availability, artwork readiness, proof approval, supplier shipping, production scheduling, and customer response times. Rush requests may be available but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Product styles, colors, sizes, and brands may change or become unavailable. Handprint Branding may recommend substitutions when needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handprint Branding shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Because most products are custom-made, decorated, printed, embroidered, or produced specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If a production error or manufacturing defect occurs, customers must contact Handprint Branding within 7 days of delivery.
Orders canceled after artwork preparation, product ordering, proof creation, setup, scheduling, or production has started may be subject to cancellation fees and charges for completed work and materials.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Production schedules, supplier inventory, carrier delays, weather, and customer approval delays may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Handprint Branding is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or added costs caused by incorrect information.
Once an order is transferred to a carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier. Handprint Branding is not responsible for missed delivery attempts, weather delays, routing delays, or other carrier issues outside our control.
Customers should notify Handprint Branding promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears missing. Photos of packaging and products may be required for carrier claims.
When local pickup or delivery is arranged, customers are responsible for reviewing the order promptly and reporting any issue within the stated claim period.
Customers retain ownership of artwork, logos, trademarks, and brand materials they submit. By submitting files, you confirm you own the content or have permission to use it.
Artwork may include logo files, PDFs, vector files, images, embroidery files, mockups, and production files. File quality affects final output.
Low-resolution, blurry, incomplete, flattened, or incorrectly formatted files may require cleanup or recreation. Additional artwork or setup fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, colors, placement, sizing, product details, and quantities.
Once a proof is approved, Handprint Branding is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
Colors may vary between digital screens, fabric, thread, ink, transfer materials, and production methods. Decoration placement may also have standard production tolerance. Minor variation is not considered a defect.
Handprint Branding may refuse artwork that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive, or inappropriate for production.
